Week 21

Hello son

This week we’ve introduced you to bananas. You seem to really enjoy them. Your mom and I have watched you eat the entire banana. I don’t know where you put it all. You’re getting used to eating from the spoon. Most of the food now ends up in your stomach instead of all over your face or the bib.

We have noticed that you’ve outgrown all your 3 month old clothes and now fit perfectly in 6 month clothes. Your mother is trying to convince me to update your wardrobe. Baby clothing is a scam by-the-way. I didn’t understand this until I worked IT for a baby clothing designer. This company charged $40 for shirt and $60 for a onesie. It is a scam very much like women’s bathing suits are a scam. You pay all this money for a little bit of clothing that lasts a few months. There should be some kind of trade in program at your local walmart or perhaps a Netflix … Oh excuse me… Quikster like service.

The temperatures are starting to get cooler and Halloween is right around the corner. While we were at Costco, we picked up your first costume. Your mother is really excited about dressing you up for the first time.
