Kellen!

This was an action-packed week for you!

On Tuesday, you had your first cold (or we thought). You were congested and I bought you a Froggy humidifier from Target. Your mom was super concerned and she wanted to take you to the doctor. You didn’t have a fever but you weren’t your normal self.

Friday early afternoon, you dealt with a 7 hour car ride to La Grange Kentucky. The drive was just as long for us as it was for you. I know it had to have been hard to sit in that car seat even with the breaks and feedings.

The following day, Saturday, we drove 5.5 hours from La Grange to Cleveland Ohio. You got to meet your great grandmother for her 100th birthday. It was amazing to see you interact her. It was almost like you knew she was family.

On Sunday, we took you to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. You seemed to really like to look at all the different exhibits and didn’t cry at all while you were there. Later that evening, we all went to my dad’s friends house and experienced a real clam bake. It was awesome! Your great grandmother was there and again, you interacted with her like you knew she was family.

We left Cleveland on Monday and drove 8 hours to Nashville. On Tuesday, it was a short 3 hour drive back to Birmingham.

Later that day while your mom was feeding you green beans, she discovered your first two bottom teeth were emerging. That explains the cold we thought you had!

Love you son!
