Chat About Bots was conceived in March 2018 at Take (Brazil) during our weekly follow-up. A simple question about the “definition of bots” started a long conversation and made us think deeply about the message that our industry in passing along to the main market.
If you think for a moment, that’s not an easy question to be answered. Even for us, that have been in the market for almost 20 years — from SMS to what we call today “chatbots”, we have been helping companies to create conversational experiences for its clients.
Since the beginning, we believe that a single message can change the world. So, when it comes to answer this simple question to the main market, we thought that would be great to have a chat about bots with folks who also have a solid experience in our industry, to share our vision, learnings and thoughts with the global community.
That’s why the project has two main goals: give you a comprehensive picture about this new conversational era based on opinions from experienced folks and also prepare you to create your own conversational experiences.
