1. Full integration
Full integration allows you to plug Alterra in ManyChat as a Default Reply provider.
To set it up, go to ManyChat Builder and create a Default Reply using the webhook URL that you can find in your Alterra account.
Full integration is available only to ManyChat PRO users.
2. Light integration
Don’t have a PRO account? No problem — with Light integration, you can add both Alterra and ManyChat bots to your Facebook Page and let them work side by side.
