WonderWorld is an innovative framework designed for interactive 3D scene generation, enabling users to create and explore dynamic 3D environments in real time. Unlike traditional methods that require multiple views and time-intensive optimization processes, WonderWorld introduces a novel scene representation called Fast LAyered Gaussian Surfels (FLAGS), allowing for the generation of connected 3D scenes from a single view in under 10 seconds. This breakthrough unlocks new possibilities for real-time content creation and interaction in virtual reality (VR), gaming, and other creative design applications.
