For a company that focusses on Chat, we certainly haven’t been the best at chatting ourselves. That’s why starting Today, we’ve launched MSP After Hours by Chatgenie. A place for MSP’s to discuss latest news, share interesting problems, funny anecdotes and most importantly, share insights into how to gain more business using chat.
Of course we also want to make this platform an open dialogue with our customer base, where you can request new features, get help setting up and apply for our beta program to test out exciting new features.
In the coming months you can also expect community events with interesting speakers and networking moments, to bring the community closer together.
