How possible is it in city life?

Hi there,

We are currently experiencing the winter season in Turkey and the weather is cold. In fact, we couldn’t leave our homes because of the extreme cold. But winter should definitely not be like this, the winter season should be peaceful. I can’t experience this, because I live in a big city.
