San Francisco has an antiquated system for paying for bus passes. Last I checked… there is a monthly pass you can buy online, but the UX is horrible. Or, you can pay with $2 in quarters.
Why not let riders pay with Apple Pay or Square or…
Offer this as a free service to the transit company.
Charge a marginally higher price for the convenience factor.
? Would a government agency actually agree to this, even if it were free
