CheersLand Launchpad Refund Policy
As CheersLand, our priority is to protect our investors as much as possible. Crypto is a world with lots of potential of losses and gains. We are working hard to bring the best IDOs to our investors with the highest possibility to make them earn from their investments.
No matter what we do, sometimes some unwanted cases can occur. Especially at the bear market, investors feeling theirselves under pressure of more risks. CheersLand decided to bring a new refund policy to it’s investors. As a result of our conversations we decided to give IDO participants refund option if one of the following conditions occurs:
- The market price of a token is below the IDO price within the first 48 hours of the airdrop
- A mistake caused by the project team at the launch which effect the price of the token significantly
- If a launchpad distributes the tokens before the confirmed time
We will be watching the effect of the refund policy and we are willing to modify it to serve better to our IDO participants.
How will refund process work?
Every IDO participant will have right to request for refund in case one of the 3 cases stated above occurs. We will publish a form and collect all refund requests.
Refunds will be sent to the IDO participant wallets after each refund request confirmed. We will share the details of the refund as announcement.
If an IDO participant does not want refund then there is no need to fill the form as refund is just an option but if CheersLand does not feel comfortable about the listing process of project team, we will refund all IDO participants without sharing a form.
