You may already be familiar with the Drop item from the Accessories module in Chemix. Its uses are obvious: show measured drops from a pipette or burette, indicating a leaking instrument or illustrating a small quantity.
However, this drop has a little secret. If you switch its shape to “Round”, it can be used to fill spotting tiles and microplates.
When moving the drop, the purple dots will indicate where it would snap.
This works for microplates too, but the “Zoomed” option must be ticked.
