Did you draw a line when you meant to draw a curve? If you’ve already positioned your line perfectly and don’t want to move it, you can easily swap it out for a curve at exactly the same spot, by using one of the Assistant actions, called “Convert to curve”.
Oh and by the way, you can just as easily go the other way too.
