An Abandoned Body In The Pond

I destroy myself again and again.

Then I reborn
and reformed.

A practice of living.
I was dead,
when I am living in the presence.

I was cycling on a July morning, to the pond I currently found,
Mom taught me a meditation practice called Corpse Pose.

I imagined if I was already dead, became a floating body carried by my favourite stream and rambling through bald cypresses forest.
