ELAPS
This poem is an image representing Jan Farn‘s thought which related to a serendipity she sees everyday; the ever changing atmosphere composed by the time passing and natural light traveling.
‘The Earth turns and the Sun abides,
making all who follow arise.
As noon shines brightest upon our lives,
the dark collects tightly beneath.
As dusk lays its wreath,
the shade grows longer into the ephemeral passing.
And still, it moves.’

This poem is an image representing the Jan Farn‘s thought which related to a serendipity she sees everyday, and she further developed into a furniture design (or might be seen as an installation art).
Although the poem is a comparably short piece, it was a long project that taking a very long process to finish each parts also considered as a whole.
I would like to thanks Isaac S. Gordon., who I would introduce as the cowriter of this poem with his generous to share the correlative literature with me that inspired my meditating and words.
Also especially thanks to Matthew Wilde who a warm and supporting friend for being restlessly bothered and reading my poor English.
My thought would not be able to compose such words with you.
