Will There Be A Toolips 0.4?

Explaining what might eventually lead to another breaking version of Toolips.

One of my most mature and capable projects to-date is my web-development framework Toolips . This is a project I created with the intention of eventually deploying my own variety of websites and APIs, and the results have been pretty spectacular. Right now I am rapidly approaching Toolips' first real-world deployment — at least from me, which means likely for everyone — which I think will actually be quite impressive!

Just last year, I released a significant overhaul and breaking release for Toolips in the form of Toolips 0.3 , which has further advanced into the modern and capable Toolips 0.3.5 . With this, I have finally cemented a lot of the remaining changes I wanted to make from 0.2 and created a very compelling version of Toolips capable of multi-threading, extensibility at every level, and scalable deployment. With a new, establishing version always comes a new question. When is this project going to be breaking again?
