Cats in the snow

With temperatures set to drop again this week, the UK may well be sentenced to another bout of snow.

While dogs are greeting the snowy weather with open paws, a white out can be a bit more of a conundrum for cats. Their suspicious minds are much more wary of anything new, especially if it’s wet.

Ever the adventurer however, usually after a few sniffs and tentative paws, they get used to the new terrain. We like to imagine that their last thought before stepping out onto the white blanket of snow is this: “if the dog can do it then so can I.”

So with the snow comes 1000s of adorable images on social media of cats exploring their new white-covered world.
