Important information regarding the U.S. holiday, Independence Day, July 4 along with our hours of operation for Canada Day, July 1.
Don’t forget to plan in advance and advise your customers.

All locations are open along with regular scheduled pick ups however please note the following:
- All USPS shipments received on Friday, June 29 will be delivered to USPS on Saturday, June 30
- All Chit Chats Canada and Chit Chats International Standard shipments received on Friday, June 29 will be processed on Tuesday, July 3
- All shipments received in the Atlantic region on Friday, June 29 will be processed by Chit Chats on Monday, July 2

Monday, July 2, 2018
All branches will be closed except the following locations will have special holiday hours:
- Markham 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Mississauga 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Richmond 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
- All regular pick ups will be cancelled
Important: Cut-off time for printing labels from our terminals in branches is one hour prior to closing.
Tuesday, July 3, 2018
- All branches will resume regular business hours
- All regular pick ups will resume except no pick ups in the Atlantic region
- U.S. shipments dropped off will be delivered to USPS on Thursday, July 5
Wednesday, July 4, 2018
- All branches will be open
- All regular pick ups will be scheduled and Atlantic region pick ups resume
- USPS will be closed due to the holiday. Tracking for shipments will be delayed and updates won’t occur until Thursday, July 5. Please keep this is mind and advise your customers accordingly.

- Richmond (Garden City Shopping Centre) Closed on Monday, July 2
ON Region
