Carrier Tracking Updates
Based on your feedback, we’ve updated tracking for shipments to link directly to carrier tracking information.
You can now click on the carrier tracking number (if available) and it will direct you to the appropriate carrier tracking pages (i.e. USPS, Canada Post).
This will be visible in your shipment details and the Chit Chats public tracking page.
For clients who have integrated their Shopify and Etsy stores you now have the option to choose:
a) what type of tracking to send back to your customers (carrier tracking if available or Chit Chats tracking) and
b) when to send tracking back to your customers (customize your fulfillment notifications).
