New look for ‘Client Settings’

• We redesigned the ‘Settings’ page and made it easier to see and manage your account details, shipping addresses and sales channels.

Batching

• We added the ability for you to batch shipments for speedier drop off (and eventually pick ups). Learn how to batch.

• Stay update to date with everything Chit Chats related — Holiday hours, new features, service alerts — when you sign up for our newsletter. Visit Chitchats.com and scroll to the bottom of the homepage.

Request Delivery Confirmation

• Request delivery confirmation on shipments bound for the U.S via USPS.

Print postage labels with home and Dymo printers

• Added support for Dymo printers and made it easier to print multiple labels with a home printer. Learn how to set up your printer.

Import shipments from Stamps.com XML

• Buy postage from the Stamps.com desktop application, export as XML and import into ChitChats.com for quick and easy manifesting. Learn how to import from Stamps.com XML.

Import orders from Shopify

• Import orders from Shopify store for faster postage printing and manifesting. You still need to select your postage types for each shipment but no more entering each customer’s address, description and value. Learn how to import from Shopify.

Ship from multiple senders

• Do you ship under multiple business names? You can now add multiple return addresses. Go to Settings > Shipping > Add Return Address

Filter shipments

• We added some improvements to filtering. You can filter ‘All Shipments’ by batch and any status

• We have released Etsy for a handful of Beta testers. For the rest of you Etsy users — hang tight until Jan 2018!
