Legacy Services Shutting Down

Chit Chats Canada & Chit Chats International Standard Services

As we are transitioning to one site (bye Google sheet manifest) we are also aligning our services. The main reason to having one system is to help keep our rates low and add more services to help Canadian businesses thrive.

For those who purchase postage with our Chit Chats Canada Tracked or Chit Chats International Standard services, the legacy system will be shut down at the end of July 2nd. Starting July 3rd you can access the same great rates directly through chitchats.com and print labels through the platform.

DHL & Yodel services will also be retired on July 2nd in lieu of our Asendia international options. Find details on Asendia services which has two great options for shipping packages internationally and view all our current international options here.

During the transition, you can still track packages for DHL, Yodel and legacy Canadian and legacy International shipments on our tracking page using the same search functions as before.

Don’t forget, if you haven’t already moved your U.S. shipping to chitchats.com the deadline to transition is June 30th as the Google sheet manifest will no longer be available after this date.
