Using Chit Chats’ credits

We’ve recently updated the way credits can be used from your account. This came from your feedback to help simplify payments and have it all in one place.

Previously credits in your account could only be applied to postage and delivery fees.

Now you can use your credits to pay for supplies and services.

Services include:

• Pick up fees
• Drop spot access fees
• Return fees

For example, if you wish to purchase supplies at one of our branches, you can now ask the client service representative to deduct the amount directly from the credits in your account.

All clients will be able to view transactions through the ‘Transactions Report’ which can be found in your Settings / Credits & Billing.
