Important information regarding our hours of operation for Victoria Day.

Don’t forget to advise your customers accordingly.

Friday, May 18, 2018

All USPS shipments received on Friday, May 18 will be processed on Saturday, May 19.

All locations are open however the following exceptions apply:

• All Chit Chats Canada and Chit Chats International Standard shipments received on Friday, May 18 will not be processed until Tuesday, May 22.
• All shipments received in the Atlantic region on Friday, May 18 will be processed on Tuesday, May 22.

Saturday, May 19, 2018

• All locations closed.
• All packages dropped off at our Burlington drop spot will be processed on Tuesday, May 22.

Sunday, May 20, 2018

• All locations closed.
• All packages dropped off at our Burlington drop spot will be processed on Tuesday, May 22.

Monday, May 21, 2018 — Victoria Day

There will be special holiday hours at the following branches:

• Mississauga 10:00 am — 2:00 pm
• Markham 10:00 am — 3:00 pm
• Richmond 12:00 pm — 4:00 pm

The following branches will be closed:

• Pickering
• Toronto
• Vancouver
• Montreal
• Atlantic region

There will be NO pick up service for BC, ON, QC and Atlantic region on Monday, May 21, 2018.

Back to regular business hours for all locations. Regular pick up schedule will resume as well.
