Cataki is a new app that matches people with rubbish with the trash collectors around the city of São Paulo, Brazil. The app works like an Uber, where people that need their trash gone call the closest trash collector in the city.
This app helps the collectors make money while also reducing the amount of potential recyclable trash not getting thrown away as landfill.
Isn’t it crazy how we can use technology for good? When you put impact in front of profit, good things happen! An easy and straightforward idea is helping the environment and people’s lives!
