Alaric studies your face, a slight crease between his eyebrows. “I hope I don’t regret this… the Time Walker lives on the eastern coast, past the Labyrinth of Tempus.”
After dawn, the translucent barrier vibrates with a hazy shimmer.
Lorenzo enters the cave. He peers at the chained prisoner, then the intensity of his gaze falls on you. “Well?”
You explain the situation: the Time Walker lives to the east, past the labyrinth.
“What shall we do with him?” Lorenzo asks, gesturing at Alaric.
You shrug.
Lorenzo grins, then flicks his wrist.
Alaric’s face turns a deep shade of crimson…
