As you all probably know, the Nokia Lumia 710 was made available on T-Mobile last week. The reviews are starting to pour in and despite being an entry level phone, they are fairly positive. I am waiting for the Nokia Lumia 900 personally.

Tom’s Hardware, a site well known by PC builders and tweakers, puts the Nokia Lumia 710 through it’s paces with a very thorough review. Unlike many of the large, well known, commercial websites, Tom’s Hardware seems to have used the phone for more than a minute.

We think that this phone’s attractive price tag will help compel mainstream buyers into Windows Phone 7, despite the fact that it’s bolstered by fewer apps. The Lumia 710 is budget-friendly, but it doesn’t sacrifice build quality in any way. When you hold the phone, nothing feels loose or imprecise. We like that. Better still, the 710’s screen has a gorgeous color palette, and we see that its blue hues are particularly striking. Watching video on it is truly a pleasure.

From reading this review, I am guessing that this was the reviewers 1st real look at Windows Phone. I am happy to read that he actually liked the phone. I don’t think I could use a 3.7" screen again since I am currently using the HTC Titan and the Galaxy Nexus.
