Anointed to Influence

Christ for Youth International

One God and Father of [us] all, Who is above all [Sovereign over all], pervading all and [living] in [us] all. Yet grace (God's unmerited favor) was given to each of us individually [not indiscriminately, but in different ways] in proportion to the measure of Christ's (rich and bounteous] gift. Ephesians 4:6-7 AMPC

The anointing is not limited to the pulpit. It is supposed to reach out to the ends of the earth. Agreeably, there are seven gates of influence in the world; religion, business, government, media, education, arts & entertainment, and family. The anointing enables us to have dominion in these seven spheres. Thus, the ministry of the anointing is open to all spheres of life and not only religion. When we rely on the anointing, we will be able to dominate these seven gates of influence.

Dominating these gates is not for our personal gain. God has His agenda, and the power of the anointing is fundamentally open to follow the agenda of God always. If we are going to see the flow of the anointing as much as we desire, we must be people who have our interest aligned with God’s plan of bringing these gates under His kingdom influence.

If God is sovereign and father over all, you can see why the anointing should not be restricted from influencing all the gates. The gift of Christ is the Holy Spirit we have received. The proportion of the measure of grace given to us individually, could be likened to the express manifestation of the anointing needed in the area we operate in, under the seven gates. Although one may be anointed, when he/she stays out of the realm for which he/she has been anointed for, the likelihood of being frustrated is high.

You’ve been anointed to influence some gates for God, tap into that power.

Heavenly Father, help me not to neglect my responsibility to influence my sphere for the Kingdom but that I’ll align my interests with your good and perfect will. Amen
