The Architect of Influence

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere-in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” [Acts 1:8 NLT]
The presence of the Holy Spirit makes the difference in every situation. Right from the point of salvation, He convicts us of sin, giving us faith to trust and submit to the love of God by accepting Christ as our Lord and Saviour. The Holy Spirit, Christ unlimited, orders our steps to a glorious end; growing into the very nature of Christ.
The Holy Spirit has always wrought such unimaginable signs, wonders and miracles through the souls who allowed Him in. The Bible becomes mere words without the Spirit enlightening our understanding. That is because He is the architect. The Christian life (of leadership) is impossible to live without the Holy Spirit. Engaging the Holy Spirit breeds the zest needed to make an impact as a leader.

The Holy Spirit is the enabler who urges us on in confidence to do the work of the Father. He is not a force, He is the seal guaranteeing our inheritance in Christ Jesus. Though we are limited by our human senses, to lead others to perfection, His presence in our lives becomes our unlimited supply of strength.
The Holy Spirit has been the architect from the onset. As a result, it is wise for us as leaders to follow His blueprint. He makes the best out of every situation, that is why it is essential we live from His definition of power and influence. The impact we make as a result of following the blueprint of the Holy Spirit endures and stands the test of time.
Dear Father, thank You for giving us the Holy Spirit as the seal guaranteeing our inheritance in Christ Jesus. Help me to follow His leading daily.
