To the End of the Age
13th JULY 2020
“Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” [Matthew 28:20 NLT]
God’s presence is ever-present to ultimately reveal His glory. To the unbeliever, God’s presence waits patiently for him/her to surrender. The presence of God sustains our intimacy with Him and also reassures us of His promises in His Word. By our strength, our desire to remain in God to do what pleases Him is impossible. The Holy Spirit constantly reminds us of our place as sons and daughters in Christ; keeping us encouraged to do the will of the Father.
The presence of God keeps us on track in this world. As the King of kings, God knows exactly what He seeks to achieve in His kingdom. In addition to giving us the kingdom protocol in His word, He has made the Holy Spirit available to us, to keep us in step with the will of the Father to achieve Heaven’s agenda on Earth. This is all to His glory. As long as we stay in God’s presence, we will be fueled with the Father’s vision to make more disciples for Christ.
God doesn’t sideline anyone; His presence is for all.
The Holy Spirit is the assurance of God’s presence. His covering protects us from derailing from His will, despite our limitations, shortcomings, mistakes etc. The aura of the Holy Spirit consistently revives our souls and keeps our focus on living for God’s glory. His presence isn’t designated to a significant few, no, He reaches to all. The presence of God isn’t waiting for people to arrive at a specific location of perfection before they see a manifestation. Before the beginning of time till now, He has desired to fill everything in every way to ensure all things are in alignment with the Kingdom’s course.
Dear Father, thank You for Your ever-present help that sees me through it all and is sure to bring me to an expected end.
