If you are in Christ, it is important that you know who you are in Christ so as not to miss out of the benefits of belonging to Christ. Although this is an important pursuit to maximizing your personality in Christ, however, it is important that you first know your status with God. Have you really been enlisted into God’s kingdom? Salvation is the most important miracle that you must experience. It accompanies a new heart and a new spirit. Once this is clarified, then you should pursue to know who you are in Christ.

Another important step worthy of note is the need to understand the worth of your salvation. If you do not know the worth of salvation, you wouldn’t know how to draw the benefits of salvation. The devil loves to play on this ignorance, thereby hindering many believers from positioning themselves correctly as they sojourn the earth.

Just as Lot was told in Genesis 13:14, you must lift up your eyes and look from the place you are as the redeemed of the Lord. The expanse of what accompanies your salvation is wide. You need to look around to know the worth of your salvation. Look northward, southward, eastward, and westward. There are length, breadth and depth of who you are in Christ which you must explore.
There is abundance for you in Christ. If you do not know what they are, you won’t be able to explore it, which will result in living less than what God expects of you.

You’re saved to walk and work in the supernatural. You are redeemed by the precious blood of Christ to reign.
Your redemption does not immune you from the troubles of life. You will surely pass through waters, rivers and fire, but the difference, as the redeemed, is that God will be with you through all these experiences.

When you experience the saving grace of Christ practically, you become an asset to God. You become honourable before God. He preserves your life, and wouldn’t permit you to be wasted, rather, He would permit another life to go, in exchange for yours.
You are a breed to be envied, so you shouldn’t feel bad about this, rather, you should rejoice and glorify God for whom He has made you. You are unique, with the privilege of angels ministering to you.

Finally, the benefits that accompany salvation is maximized by the sons of God. If you will fully explore the benefits of your personality in Christ, you must grow from being a child of God to a son of God.

Christ came to the world as a child, but he grew to become a Son under his parents and tutors. If you will enjoy the benefits of being an heir of Christ, you must grow to become a son by submitting yourself to tutors and governors. This is a divine order! You cannot jump this. This period of growth takes time, but you cannot escape it.
