For as long as I could remember, my mother would tell me to keep my head up and my eyes open.

A warning of the dangers in our neighborhood, her words instead showed me the beauty within it. All around are stories just waiting to be told, and I enjoy getting those stories across to everyone else.

I have written for The Campus Magazine and Harlem Focus. All things science, medicine, hip-hop, and video-games interest me most.

When I’m not reading, writing, editing, or taking photos, I’m out exploring the city. Come find me.
