No one is too special or too busy to practice courtesy. This could mean demonstrating a caring attitude and sensitivity to other people’s feelings everyday.

It seems unimportant but little phrases such as “please,” “thank you” and “I’am sorry” can make a big difference. These are small investments but the pay offs are big.

Remember, being courteous will breed courtesy in return. Practice as much and as often as you can.

A warm smile, a thank-you, special treatment for the disabled could be the game changer for your business.

It really takes effort but in the long run the effort is well worth it.
