Sea you tomorrow

Drooling over your curly waves,
tracing imaginary lines from the beginning,
while soothing my blurred vision by sketching,
your never ending vastness.

The barefooted long walks on your shore,
with the mind that asked for nothing more.
Enjoying your occasional, surprising silence,
wondering what subsided the violence.

Feeling the sand that belongs to you,
but dies to shape me as its very own.
Wrapping myself in its comforting warmth,
failing to remember its natural form.

Chasing your wet shadows,
hoping to catch one of your many sophisticated bows.
It’s 3 AM — worthy enough to call it a night,
before another evening inaugurates my entrance into your site.
