Reality of the Camps

I have to admit that when I started writing the Chronicles of the Camps, I did not do any detailed research but sat down to create a world I imagined based on what I had already imbibed from a lifetime of reading, feeling and activism — and my experience and understanding of tech and how it shapes our world today.

But the long-suppressed photos of the last real internment bear out the reality. The Assembly Centers, the evacuation buses, …they all happened. And can. Again.
