Trump files lawsuit in Nevada over polls staying open late

And like clockwork, the king of litigation has already filed a lawsuit in Nevada claiming that a polling location in Clark County should have closed at 8pm as scheduled.

Nevada, like most states, allows polls to stay open until every person on line has voted. When the poll workers do not make this decision, a judge often will.

Trump claims that voters who were not already on line at the time of closing were able to vote due to the polling location staying open. It’s unclear how this would be proven or what the effect would be.
