Lim Cheng Teck is the Chairman of Minterest, a Singapore based FinTech peer-to-business lending startup. Mr. Lim retired as Vice-Chairman of Standard Chartered Bank (StanChart) ASEAN after 28 years of illustrious service, and had held many senior roles, including Regional Chief Executive of ASEAN, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of StanChart Singapore and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of StanChart China. He rose to prominence for his leadership in driving the growth of the StanChart business rapidly in key Asian markets.
Mr. Lim currently serves on the advisory board of Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics (Singapore Management University) as well as the board of Special Needs Trust Company Limited (SNTC) and is presently Chairman of Bright Vision Hospital. He has an MBA from Brunel University London, and a BA in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
