Chynge.net Whitelisting & KYC Instructions Guide
Thank you for believing in Chynge’s vision and mission. We’ve prepared a guide to walk you through the whitelisting and KYC procedure for the Crowdsale that will commence on 28 June, 2018 00:00 GMT. Before you can participate in our ICO, you must be successfully whitelisted and pass the KYC process. Whitelist Information
As we want everyone to be able to participate, Chynge.net will have a rolling whitelist registration starting on 10 May, 2018 00:00 GMT.
KYC Information
Once you have completed the whitelist process, you will have access to your portal. There, you may complete your KYC and you will be notified about your approval status in 2–3 days. Successful KYC is mandatory to participate in the Chynge.net ICO.
Acceptable Forms to Verify Identity:
- Passport (Page with photo)
- Government-Issued National Photo ID
Your form of identification must not be expired. If your form of identification is found to be expired, it will not be processed. Forms of identification that will not be accepted include Student Card, Driver’s License, Identification Cards with no photo, etc.
Acceptable Documents to Verify Address:
- Bank statement with your name and address
- Utility bill — Gas, Electric,Telephone with your name and address
Please note that your documents may not be more than 6 months old.
Disqualification Factors:
IMPORTANT: Should you fail your KYC, you will not be able to re-submit any KYC files. So please check all your information thoroughly before submitting.
Examples would include:
- Incorrect identification photo
- Incorrect information
- Residents of the U.S. and China, as well as those located in a jurisdiction where Token Sales are prohibited, restricted or unauthorised in any form or manner whether in full or in part under its laws, regulatory requirements or rules.
IMPORTANT:
Chynge.net does NOT ask for a fee for the KYC process. Please beware of phishing attempts that ask for ETH, BTC or any other cryptocurrency. We will never put our wallet address in our email.
Step By Step Guide:
1. Whitelist registration
On our chynge.net website, you will find a button ‘Get Whitelisted’. Once you click on that, you will arrive on this page:
You may only proceed with registration when you check all the boxes. Once you click ‘register’, you will arrive on this page:
Insert your email and password. Please remember your email and password combination as this allows you to log into your chynge.net portal to complete your KYC and participate in our ICO.
2. Fill in your personal details and submit
Please double-check that all information is accurate before you submit.
3. Verification code will be sent to your email
If you do not receive a verification email, do check your Spam or Junk email folder.
4. Log into your portal to finish your KYC
Once you submit your whitelisting information, you can now log into your chynge.net portal. You may familiarize yourself with its features but most importantly, complete your KYC. You are required to have a form of photo identification as well as a document to verify your address. Documents accepted are listed above.
5. Verify your Identity and your Residency
In your chynge.net portal, a complete KYC process consists of:
Identity Verification
- Upload an image of the front and back of your Identity Card (back is optional if you are uploading your passport as your form of identification)
- Have a picture of yourself with the form of identity in your RIGHT hand.
Address Verification
- Upload a scan or a photo of your bank statement or utility bill — gas, electricity, telephone that shows your name and address. Please note that this cannot be more than six months old.

Do note that the maximum upload file size for both Identity and Address Verification is 8MB. JPG or PNG format only.
Once you have uploaded the required documents to verify your identity and your residency, we will review your KYC application and update your KYC status which will show that it is either ‘successful’ or ‘rejected’. You will also receive an email confirmation on that.
