In July, we decided to open an account and trade using our own indicator — the crowd indicator. So, here are our trading results from July 19 until December 23!

We managed to take 203 trades in the preceding year; 101 of them were profitable, and 102 were losing ones.

When it comes to our strategy, we take a diverse approach and focus on various types of trades. There are two types of questions that our team has been using to make trades:

  • binary questions (in which our users have to set the probability (from 0% to 100%) in which they think this event happens in future);
  • daily/weekly range questions (in which our forecasters have to set daily or weekly maximum and minimum prices for the certain asset).

Thus, we took 79 trades using that daily and weekly range signals, and 124 trades using indicators that we got from binary questions (46 of them were short-term stocks trades), including:

13 futures trades and 3 forex trades;

52 stock trades that were based on quarterly earnings reports;

Ten trades were based on economic events

Overall, gross profit was +134.81%. You can see our daily results on the charts below.
