After presenting the CINDX.Trade module in one of our previous articles, we’d like to give a brief overview of potentially the most important component of the platform, where managers display their investment products to investors, and investors browse through their offers and choose the one that suits them best — CINDX.Market.
CINDX.Market includes the following modules:
- Investor’s personal dashboard
- Manager’s personal dashboard
- Marketplace
Investor’s personal dashboard
This component allows investors to monitor the status of their accounts, receive information about the current status of investment products used, pay management fees (a discount will apply for fees paid in CINXO tokens), and receive reports on trading operations.
Due to the fact that CINDX works in the legal field, the Investor has the opportunity to receive extracts and all necessary documents for submission to the tax authorities.
Every investor will be able to interact with the platform and the investment strategies presented on it in two different ways based on his own preference concerning funds placement:
- Personal account of the Investor The funds under management remain under the investor’s control on his account(s) on exchanges and personal wallets. The connection with the managers’ products is done via API where applicable.
- Corporate CINDX account (release date TBA for this feature) The funds are transferred for management in order to allow direct access by managers, who may manage the funds manually or semi-manually.
When using products of the Corp type (involving Investor’s funds located on CINDX corporate accounts), the Investor can deposit and withdraw funds through the personal account. Some investment products’ availability may be limited to Corporate accounts, and vice versa — some will only be offered to investors for the use with their personal accounts.
Manager’s personal account
This component is an analytical panel using which the Manager can receive information on their investment products and configure them.
As with the Investor’s personal account, the Manager can automatically receive extracts and other documents necessary for the provision of tax reports.
In the personal account, the Manager can make adjustments to personal information, adjust their privacy settings, and upload documents required for the KYC / AML procedure.
The personal account of the Manager displays information on commissions, the number of Investors on each product and the funds under management.
Each of the products has a block of orders. The orders will come from Investors for connection to various strategies.
Marketplace
The marketplace is a platform that allows investors to browse through various investment strategies presented by the managers on the CINDX ecosystem. Here everyone can discover an investment to match their needs, depending on the desired risk, term and market segment. The selection process is made easier thanks to the filters that can be adjusted on the following criteria:
- Profitability
- Drawdown
- Overall rating
- Strategy (Arbitrage, High Frequency, Trend/Counter-trend e.t.c.)
- Market
- Segment ( Crypto, FX, other assets, derivatives and more — coming to the platform later)
There are also two types of involvement of Manager funds:
Common Risk — This type of Manager involvement is characterized by having a personal account when managing Investors’ assets. Accordingly, all transactions of the Manager occur on their account and then are duplicated to Investors according to the rules and type of following.
No Common Risk — This type of Manager involvement implies the absence of an account with personal funds of Managers. The Manager operates only with Investors’ funds, without risking his own money.
The combinations of common risk/no common risk and Corp./Private accounts create 8 possible options for managing investment products as per out Whitepaper.
