In our series of articles dedicated to the CINDX team, we tell about our colleagues and their professional experience; we ask them to share their opinions concerning their work, their visions on the future of the cryptocurrency market, and CINDX’ place within it. This article is devoted to one of the key members of our team — Yuriy Avdeev, CEO of the CINDX project.
Yuriy started his professional life at a very early age. More than anything, he was attracted to the information and technology industries. At the age of 14, he started his first job working as a programmer in the environmental control industry. Yuriy learned the basis of many of his professional and technical skills during his time in this position. Eventually, his childhood hobby transformed into a full-time career.
Yuriy Avdeev has earned Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He also studied Management of Innovative Companies at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).
The synergistic mixture of IT and finance has always been an important part of Yuriy’s personal and professional life. However, finding the industry where it would be possible to unlock his full potential in both areas wasn’t so simple — until blockchain came along. Everything changed after blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency markets became popularized. The combination of these two industries, a combination which has created an entirely new field of activity built on the axis of IT and finance, has allowed Yuriy to start a business that would have previously been impossible.
The first project directly in this sphere has been CryptoActive. In this project, Yuriy and his business partners carried out consulting activity. Thanks to specifics of CryptoActive’s work, Yuriy and his colleagues have gained a deep understanding of the essence and structures of the cryptocurrency market. The work in CryptoActive led to a massive realisation of investors’ and traders’ pain points and problems within the cryptocurrency industry, and how to address them.
This understanding inspired Yuriy to create a project that will help all participants of the crypto market to be profitably engaged — CINDX. Over time, new team members arrived; immersion in the market increased; innovative techniques for optimization were introduced. New platform options were created.
“I always dreamed not just of business, but of a big international project which will open new opportunities for me to travel worldwide, and to communicate with new people. I wanted to create a valuable, effective product that will be in-demand from people all over the world; a project that will change the financial and investment market.
CINDX became this project for me. It disrupts the existing financial system which is based on monopoly of banks and investment companies. CINDX opens the market of financial instruments for everyone, completely eliminating mediators. We allow investors to directly search for the best crypto managers from around the world. Currently, professional investment markets are closed to private investors, especially those who hold small sums of assets. They only have access to second-rate investment products. We are going to solve this problem.
Any investor — even with the smallest of money (even as low as $150–200) — can make an investment and follow the best top managers. CINDX is a platform that radically changes the asset manager-client relationship in the investment market, allowing people to earn, to communicate, and to learn and to share knowledge with other people. These are the main values of our project.
The most important part of my work in this project is my team. For me, good people are the key to success. I aspire to identify and develop talent in each employee; I appreciate each of them, and I strive to maintain a high level of motivation in them. It is obvious to me that the most talented and involved people can create incredible products.
No less important for me is honesty and openness with partners. I entered the business world not for the sake of money, but for the sake of results — money always follows when you are really fond of your work. Therefore, I put forth the maximum possible amount of transparency in each business partnership. I trust people who work with me and I conduct my own work in a manner that does not undermine others’ confidence in me.
The work on CINDX is going at an incredible pace — there is only four days left until the Token Sale. I can’t speak for everyone, but at this moment of my life, CINDX is one of the main parts of it”.
About CINDX
CCINDX is an investment platform that allows individuals to combine several crypto exchange accounts into one trading terminal, and gives them the option to connect to the best managers without having to transfer their funds. Moreover, implementation of blockchain-based transactions will allow the trading history to be saved, and a rating system will be used to differentiate the successful managers from the less successful ones.
