Personal Data Officer
Sofja Pevzner was born and raised in Tallinn, Estonia. She has degrees from both the University of Tartu and Tallinn University. Sofja is master of the legal field, and has gained the diploma of international law issues. All of this strong background has led her to a successful career in the corporate sphere.
Sofja provides consulting in AML and DPO issues and supervises corporate transactions. She has obtained a license from the AML Office permitting her to render trust and asset management services and to provide legal consultation.
Sofja has shared with us her opinion about the future of the crypto world and the CINDX project.
“The European Court of Justice has decided that bitcoin is an alternative means of payment and currency transactions that aren’t subject to a tax. Therefore, I consider that our future has already passed smoothly into the present.
The things that human beings are capable of continue to increase in scope. At the same time, national borders are erased and more equal working opportunities are presented. Crypto is the driving force behind these two concepts.
The cryptocurrency market is constantly developing, and as such, is forcing a lot of spheres such as the right, economy, internal and external security to adapt.
The main reason why I am working in CINDX and believe in this project is that all my colleagues desire to create every aspect of the platform within the appropriate legal framework and accurate compliance with the law. This builds a strong and reliable foundation for future work.”
About CINDX
CINDX is an investment platform that allows its users to combine several crypto exchange accounts into one trading terminal, and gives them the option to copy the best managers without having to transfer their funds.
Moreover, implementation of blockchain-based transactions on CINDX will allow its users’ trading history to be saved. A reputation rating system will be used to differentiate the successful managers from the less-successful ones.
