Value proposition

The trouble with cryptocurrency markets is that they are a wild, uncharted territory.

CINDX develops an ecosystem which allows an investor to choose a manager for their portfolio and securely trade their crypto funds for a reasonable success fee.

CINDX shifts the paradigm of the existing “manager-investor” relationships towards depersonalized fair play solutions.

Ecosystem

CINDX provides users with a chance to enter the cryptocurrency market and access a multitude of services, including crypto asset management and a social network in a single ecosystem.

Every single trade executed in the ecosystem is recorded on the blockchain, making trade history easily verifiable

How it works

CINDX uses APIs as a ‘portal’, allowing the investor’s account to be managed by the chosen manager’s account
CINDX algorithms monitor liquidity on the selected trading pair and warn the Manager about the low volume of DOM (Depth of Market).
CINDX will simplify the process so that the manager only has to be concerned with trading, while the investor only has to be involved in choosing their manager. Everything else is automated and fully secure.

CINDX.core The core of the platform which consists of replication services, activity tracking algorithms, KYC/AML module, API gateway for connection to exchanges and blockchain architecture services.
CINDX.trade The Trader is able to connect several exchanges accounts, receive information on balances, P/L and history of orders.
CINDX.market This component includes the marketplace of investment products created by Managers. Includes user dashboards for Investors and Managers.
CINDX.talk This component of the system is a blog platform with options to receive rewards for useful content. When voting — the author’s rating increase. Useful for managers who can show their expertise, not only with the help of their products’ performance indicators on the marketplace, but with useful articles and trading ideas (where success may be easily tracked).
CINDX.hub The environment for Vendors: software developers for trading and analytics. Includes SDK, the editor of trading strategies for algorithmic trading
CINDX.dao Allows you to implement a voting system for the community based on decentralised autonomous organisation rules.
The CINDX ecosystem allows users to purchase, sell and exchange [CINX] tokens for any of ERC20 standard.

Key Roles

Investors are registered in the system and verified in accordance with the rules of KYC/AML. They connect personal accounts to crypto exchanges using an API key. Traders’ accounts are linked to the Trading terminal through the API. In the Marketplace, the Trading terminal is required to select analytical tools. In order for a Trader to obtain the status of a “Manager” and build an investor following on the Marketplace, they need to be registered and verified in accordance with the KYC/AML rules. Vendors are solution suppliers for trading. They distribute analytical and trading bots, tools for social network analytics and technical analysis

Market overview

Cryptocurrency users generally buy their crypto through an exchange. A transaction process usually starts with fiat to bitcoin conversion. CINDX is offering users a chance to enter the cryptocurrency market and access a variety of services, including crypto asset management. CINDX allows anybody to profit from crypto without the need for skill or previous knowledge in the market and will help to pave the way towards genuinely automated finances

Project’s economics

The Cindx platform will generate profit from the:

1. Managers’ commission — is paid on a monthly basis of $ 20. This commission gives access to quote ratings, access to the terminal and the ability to follow it.

2. The Success Fee — is the commission for success. Issued by the Manager with the consent of the Investor. Paid by means of a smart contract on a monthly basis with a successful result. The platform takes a commission from the amount of Success Fee, received by the Managers in the amount of 10% (if paid in hard currency), or 5% (if paid in [CINX] tokens).

3. Revenue from the sale of additional products — represented on the platform (analytics, trading indicators/signals, robots, etc.)

4. Affiliate commission — for attracting new users (referral program).

Smart contracts

Contractual relations between the Investor and the Manager are managed through a smart contract

The CINDX algorithms notify the Investors about success in the trades by sending personal notifications

A Manager’s remuneration and system’s commission are distributed automatically if profit is achieved for the investor

Cashflow

Cashflow is the net amount of cash and cash-equivalents transferred into and out of business

NPV Net present value (NPV) — is the difference between the current value of cash inflows and the present value of cash outflows over a period of time.

IRR Internal rate of return (IRR) — is a metric used in capital budgeting to estimate the profitability of potential investments.

Payback period — The payback period is a capital budgeting method that calculates the time required to recoup the cost of investment while ignoring the time-value of money.

Discounted payback period — A capital budgeting procedure used to determine the profitability of a project.

Breakeven point — Point in time (or in number of active users achieved) when forecasted revenue exactly equals the estimated total costs

Token capitalization

The CINDX Ecosystem allows users to purchase, sell and exchange tokens for any of the ERC20 standard tokens.

The demand for the CINDX Security Token Offering is forecasted to increase for the following reasons:

● The growth in the number of active users of the ecosystem affects revenue and as a result, creates more attractive conditions for token holders.

● The number of tokens is limited in quantity, and additional issuance is prohibited, therefore demand will determine the price of [CINX] tokens.

● All investment and processing operations within the CINDX ecosystem will be implemented strictly in [CINX] tokens. Whereas Success Fees can be paid in either [CINX] tokens or in other cryptocurrencies.

● An increase in users’ trading volume will increase the demand for tokens.
