This article potentially has spoilers for all episodes of Gotham.

Most of the key Batman rogues (Penguin, Riddler, Mr.Freeze, Poison Ivy) have now largely completed their transformations into the villains we know and love today.

The closing minutes of Season 4 hinted that new villains would soon be coming out of the shadows, including what appear to be Man-Bat as well as Mother & Orphan. The creators have also announced plans to introduce Ventriloquist and Lady Shiva.

While these are all new characters to the show (unless you believe Man-Bat was one of the Indian Hill patients or that Mr.Penn is Ventriloquist), Gotham has cleverly planted various villains-before-they-were-villains throughout its seasons.

With only a few episodes left, here are 10 pre-established characters we have yet to see in full-on villain mode, who we hope make the cut!

Lesley-Ann Brandt as Larissa Diaz

(10) Copperhead / Larissa Diaz

Larissa only appeared in one episode as a contract killer for the Court of Owls, but it would be fun to see her in full-on Copperhead mode. There have been various Copperheads in the comics, but the female incarnation uses various poison-based weapons. She’d be an excellent addition to the newly-formed Sirens.

Stink Fisher as Aaron Helzinger

(9) Amygdala / Aaron Helzinger

Aaron Helzinger is the victim of unsuccessful brain surgery, which caused him to become full of rage and extremely violent. In the show he has shown above-average strength and below-level intelligence, which both are true to the comics. He is not exactly evil, but is more like the Hulk, in that he’s dangerous when uncontrollable. It’s unlikely we’ll see this character again, but he could be an interesting obstacle for Bruce and the GCPD, who have no one would could match his physical strength.

Jessica Lucas as Tabitha Galavan

(8) Tigress / Tabitha Galavan

While she’s never been referenced by name, the minds behind Gotham have confirmed that yes, Tabitha is Tigress. But while multiple characters have taken up the mantle, Tigress has never been on the same level of popularity as Poison Ivy, Catwoman or Harley Quinn. Tabitha’s been largely useless since her brother’s death(s), with the exception of teaching Selina how to use a whip. While it would be nice to see her don some sort of persona, I think that, much like Professor Pyg and Solomon Grundy, she is expendable. Or have the writer been keeping her alive for a more important reason?

Raúl Castillo as Eduardo Flamingo

(7) Flamingo / Eduardo Flamingo

With the DC universe focused on Deathstroke and Harley Quinn, it’s unlikely this character will ever see the light of day on the big screen. Can you imagine Christopher Nolan touching a pink-jacket-clad villain with a ten-foot battarang? But Flamingo’s flashy appearance would fit right in on the wonderfully bizarre world of Gotham. And he’s not just a flamboyant motorcyclist. Flamingo is a world-class assassin who loves to murder…and eat the faces of his victims after. Let’s be honest here — Gotham has shown much worse.

Erin Richards as Barbara Kean

(6) Ra’s al Ghul / Barbara Kean

After years of speculation, we finally received confirmation that Barbara was indeed going to become a major villain — Ra’s al Ghul. (And not Harley Quinn, as many suspected.) After some repeated storylines involving back-and-forth transference of powers between her and the OG Ra’s, it finally seems that she will fully wield the “Demon’s Head”. She’s still a bit hesitant in this role, but look for Barbara to finally embrace her dream job.

Chris Perfetti as Cosmo Krank

(5) The Toymaker / Cosmo Krank

Like Harley Quinn and Livewire, the Toymaker is an original character from a DC Animated television series. Not to be confused with Toyman (Supergirl’s Winslow Schott, Sr.), Dollmaker (Gotham season 1), or the Tinkerer (Marvel’s version), Toymaker loves to make dangerous toys in creepy toy factories. Okay, so it’s exactly like Toyman, but who cares? Creepy dangerous toys fit right in in the twisted world of Gotham. After Cosmo’s villainous father was killed, here’s hoping he takes up the mantle.

Brian McManamon as Basil

(4) Clayface / Basil Karlo

Like most of the villains with supernatural abilities, Basil has Hugo Strange to thank for his powers and resurrection from the dead. So far, he’s been shown to be able to reshape and change the appearance of his face. In a show where it’s hard to trust anyone, Clayface would fit right in. Whether he becomes a giant gooey monster is anyone’s guess, but I think it’s certainly a possibility.

Anthony Carrigan as Victor Zsasz

(3) Mr. Zsasz / Victor Zsasz

One of the most interesting supporting characters in the series, Victor Zsasz is somehow both deeply loyal and entirely untrustworthy. He’s been shown to sacrifice his own wishes for “the job”, but has betrayed almost every villain who has hired him. While portrayed in the comics as a deeply disturbed killer who tallies each kill on his skin, Zsasz seems to be one of the most level-headed characters in the series. He already sports the signature cue-ball head, but interestingly enough, we’ve never seen any scars. But as VZ always where’s long sleeves and pants, and some incarnations of Zsasz have him avoid to use of his face for tally marks…is it possible Victor has already begun counting?

Nicholas D’Agosto as Harvey Dent

(2) Two-Face / Harvey Dent

We haven’t seen Harvey Dent since February of 2016. So far he’s been a friendly and relatively helpful ally to James Gordon and the GCPD, but we did see a glimpse of his darker, violent side while he lost his temper on a phone call. He also enjoys the use of a two-headed coin, which he uses to trick juvenile criminals into reforming. Sound familiar? Here’s hoping we get to see Harvey at least one more time, and that things don’t go well for him.

Camren Bicondova as Selina Kyle

(1) Catwoman / Selina Kyle

Catwoman is not a classic villain — she’s played the role of uneasy ally, direct foe and love interest to Batman — sometimes all at the same time. The show has shown that Selina and Bruce have feelings for one another, but alas, as comic book readers know, they never end up together. Selina’s already shown a tendency to work outside the law, but what remains to be seen is how she and Bruce get on bad terms. I’m guessing it has something to do with Bruce promising to stay with her at the hospital, but instead, opting to stay and fight crime in Gotham city.

Which villain do you want to see the most on Gotham’s final season?
