One of the greatest teachings of the shamans is the appreciation of the soul. The soul is the nonphysical part of us that make up our emotions, feelings and spirit.

Below I have put together a set of questions that will challenge your perspective about yourself and view of the world. Hopefully, this exercise makes you reflect about your true identity, your beliefs, values, emotions and thinking patterns. Only by becoming more aware of who you are, you are able to direct your time and energy to the things that really matter to you.
