I made different tests: online test, street interviews; the whole Circle of Life concept test and just Circle web-service.

It was a challenging experience, because when you are passionate about an idea it is quite hard to be objective and look at the project with the fresher eye of the audience, especially in the first iteration, but thanks to informed and inspired feedback the web-service was improved.

Overall the test showed the positive feedbacks. While testing just a web-service it was treated as merely another social network and automatically compared to Facebook and Instagram. But when I presented a Museum with its digital facilities and mission, there was absolutely another effect, much more exciting. A building gives more confidence for keeping a story and a family tree and creating a big purpose and motivation.

Pushing forward

There are several perspectives to develop Circle of Life startup:

  1. Create a Movement:
  • create a prototype or an event, for example in Manchester with RoofTop project, showing building facilities and attracting the audience. KPI: 1 000 people. Good argument for potential investors.

2. Find investment opportunity:

  • estimate costs structure for potential investments
  • attract fund-raising platforms

3. Find partnership opportunity:

  • partnership with tech company for using an existing AI platform.
