We’ve been hard at work here at CircleLoop HQ during the summer months and today I’m delighted to announce a number of exciting new features and improvements to CircleLoop, which are available now!

Desktop

Our Mac and Windows app are out of beta and available to download from the website (circleloop.com/download). For the everyday user, they replace the web app providing improved call quality, a simpler interface and more control.

Mobile

Updated iOS and Android are in their relevant app stores (search “CircleLoop”). They provide a neater re-design, our full range of settings and administration options so users can be added and edited anywhere.

Conference Calling

We’ve added conference calling to every CircleLoop account! Inside the settings, you’ll find your own room pin and the number to dial. Just send this to anyone you want to have a conference call with. The 03 number is free for CircleLoop users to call and either ‘in-bundle’ or cheap for other people to dial.

Call Transfer

We’re very pleased to introduce Call Transfer after so many customers added it as their number one feature request. This is available in any of apps, showing the list of your team and availability when you receive a call.

Global Coverage

We’ve extended the number of countries that you can call using CircleLoop. We now support calls to 169 countries. That’s 86% of the world for 20p and under. For a detailed list of pricing visit the website (circleloop.com/pricing).

If you don’t have a CircleLoop account yet, please give it a try. There’s a free trial available through the website. Signup takes a minute and you’re off making phone calls.

I’d love to hear from anyone who has feedback on what we’re doing.

Many thanks

Dave (Co-founder)
