We’re not gonna sugarcoat it — 2020 threw us a real curveball. Travel has come to a halt. All around the world, people have had their lives significantly disrupted. The economy’s taking a huge hit. According to CNA, Singapore’s GDP has been forecast to shrink between 4 per cent and 7 per cent this year: its worst. contraction. ever.

We’re not here to say we have the solutions to the world’s biggest problems right now… but here’s what we can offer — sticking to our core principles and doing what we’ve always done best — giving power back to the people.

We’ve always taken pride in the fact that Circles.Life exists and functions as a 100% digital platform end-to-end. We have built a versatile product that can scale across various use cases to serve multiple markets. Importantly, now more so than ever, we have a flexible product that would be able to adapt to any situation — whether it’d be a new disrupting force in the market or a widespread pandemic situation such as Covid-19. See, we consider ourselves a disruptor — we jolted our competitors out of their seats as we revolutionised the telco industry. To always stay ahead in this game, it’s imperative that we maintain our agility.

A Telco for The People

We have built Circles.Life to be the voice of the customer, and we stay grounded in those roots. Across the company, we continue to listen to our customers as a guiding voice even as we have expanded beyond Singapore to delight and touch more lives — in Australia and Taiwan and soon in other markets.

Allowing users to engage in personalization has always been something that we strive to achieve with our products. As consumers ourselves, we understand how much more engaged and connected to a brand we can feel based on how it tailors to our needs.

In the current situation, where connectivity is key for our consumers, we rose to the occasion and quickly ramped up our telco offerings, providing options for unlimited data, WFH plans, and data rollover. These new offerings have delighted customers everywhere, with plenty of reviews streaming in to show their appreciation.

We sized up our unlimited data plans to offer a whopping 100GB data, which our customers can rollover to the following months!

Beyond Telco

With many consumers staying home during this period, we also analyzed their changing lifestyle needs. Our digital lifestyle product ‘Discover’ moved quickly to accommodate the new normal by transforming entertainment experiences that all of us used to partake in outdoors — food, events, movies — and adapted those to be enjoyed from the comfort of the sofa where we spend hours navigating through apps. It’s our bid to return to some semblance of usual lifestyles and spruce up our customers’ stay-home-experience.
