Below you will find a list of roles, a full description of skills needed for each role, what benefits C-ones will have when joining our team, a link to application and a surprise — first time ever we reveal Citadel.one Whitepaper!
C-ones are expected to:
- Be familiar with the blockchain and crypto industry and stay updated with the latest news and events
- Be good communicators who can motivate and inspire the community
- Be fast learners, enthusiastic, responsible and self-driven
- Have a good understanding of Citadel.one and staking will be preferred
What Responsibilities Will C-ones Have?
- Advocates & Spreaders
Spread news, technical updates of Citadel.one in Twitter, Telegram Groups, subreddits, etc. to let Citadel.one be known by more people. Participate in public discussions or Twitter Threads and advocate for Citadel.one.
- Regional Community Managers
The Regional Community Managers will be mainly responsible for the key social media channels for each region, such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc., to help interact with the community and raise the awareness around Citadel.one, help to further grow and flourish the Citadel.one communities.

- Network-focused Community Managers
Network-focused Community Managers will act as Citadel.one Ambassadors and will be focusing more around one or a few networks from Citadel.one Validator Universe. You will organize and participate in networks’ community marketing campaigns, forums and events on Discord, Telegram and Twitter.

- Osmosis
- KAVA
- Polkadot
- BSC
- Oasis
- Cosmos
- ICON

- Translators
Translators will take charge of translating English articles into regional languages. Translators need to be fluent in English and one other language.
Top priority languages:
- Dutch
- Russian
- Spanish
- Indonesian
- German
- French
- Hindi

- Technical Writers
The key responsibilities will include writing in-depth articles about Citadel.one as well as its technologies and innovations. The ideal person for this role is an innovative and detail-oriented content creator who has interest and experience in writing blockchain content.
- Visual Creators
Visual Creators are responsible for designing visual content related to Citadel.one and supported networks, such as graphics, stickers, posters, GIFs, videos etc., to share the information and educate the community in the form of visual content.
- Vloggers
C-one vloggers will be creating short entertaining and educational videos and stories for Instagram, TikTok or Twitter
