Make sure you are withdrawing tokens on the correct network. To buy on Pancakeswap you need the BEP20 network.
Step 4. You must go to the Pancakeswap website and connect you wallet. In some wallets, you need to manually select the correct network, but they offer to do this automatically, such as Metamask. The network you need is BEP20.

How to buy XCT on MEXC Global
Step 1. First of all, you need an account on the MEXC Global exchange. You can enter their official page using this link: www.mexc.com
You can log in with “Log in” button if you already have an account. Or you can create a new one by using the “Sign up” button.
Step 2. Make an account on MEXC Global. Fill in all the free bars in the form that you see on the screenshot.
After you fill in all the fields, click on the “Sign up” button.
Step 3. Now log into your newly created account.
Select login by Email if you have registered an account on it. After you fill in all the fields, click on the “Log in” button.
Step 4. Identity Verification. If you want to buy XCT for more than 0.7 BTC, then you will have to verify your identity. Use the “Primary KYC” button for this.
If your purchase is less than 0.7 BTC, then just skip this step.
Step 5. To trade on the exchange, you need USDT. You can either deposit them into the MEXC Global hot wallet, or you can buy USDT directly with fiat money using Visa or Mastercard.
To buy for fiat, use the “Buy crypto with VISA, MsterCard” button.
If you already have USDT, then send them to your wallet address on the exchange using the “Deposit” button.
