Hello Citadel fans, and welcome to another article. Today we will be looking at the upgrades we have made to our powerful platform that allows you to get the best from your staking!

We believe in the mantra of “never settle” and are constantly working to make our platform the best at everything we do. This update would comprise the technical and design changes we made to the Citadel. One web platform, and what each new change does to make the platform even better. Let’s get started.

Feature 1: New Sidebar Interface

The new Citadel. One sidebar offers numerous features over the old one. It shows more information about your various wallets on different networks and their balances, as well as your total asset balance, which is shown in BTC and USD for your convenience.

By tapping on the arrow in the top right, you can create a list of addresses and name the list anything you want. This allows you to even better sort out your addresses and keep track of everything happening with your wallets.

Also, tapping the star icon in the top left brings up your favourite address list, which is a collection of all the addresses you’ve marked as “favourites”.

In addition, the design is softer on the eyes and more minimal, allowing for a better flow with the rest of the website.

Feature 2: Create custom address lists

This feature allows you to sort your addresses into special “folders” called lists. These lists allow you to better organise your addresses, so you can see what exactly is happening to each address at a glance.

To create a list, simply click on the arrow on the top left (next to the star icon), and click “Create list”.

Next, check the boxes of the addresses you want to add to the list, and then click ”Save”.

And just like that, you’ve created a list!

Now to access your list, click on the arrow again, and you would see your lists pop up in the order that you created them in.

Feature 3: Add aliases to your addresses

This feature allows you to add an alias, or a “nickname” to your addresses. This is super helpful, as it allows for even easier sorting of your addresses. To add an alias to an address, simply click on the address in the left sidebar to go to its address page.

Now click on “Edit”, enter the alias you want to give to the address and then click save. And viola! You have now given an alias to your address.

Feature 4: ERC-20 token support

We have now added support for ERC-20 tokens on the Citadel. One platform. Now the platform supports over 850 ERC-20 tokens, so users have even more options than before!

Feature 5: New Unstake flow

The Citadel. One platform’s unstake flow has been upgraded to show even more details now. It now clearly shows the asset you’re unstaking, the fees you’re paying and equally tells you how long your funds will be frozen for should you decide to unstake. (This time period differs from network to network)

To see the freezing period for each network, you can click on the small “warning triangle” on the right of the unstake balance line. This will show you exactly how long you’ll have to wait before you get your assets back in your wallet.

We are constantly working towards making Citadel. One the best platform for all your crypto needs. Even better updates coming your way soon!

About Citadel.one

Citadel.one is a non-custodial Proof-of-Stake platform for the management and storage of crypto assets. Users can create public addresses for all supported networks with one seed phrase, connect their Ledger or Trezor device, or import an address generated by another wallet.

The analytical dashboard provides relevant information on wallets’ balances and networks’ main metrics. In Citadel.one, we standardize the semantics, making interactions with the platform as easy as possible. The same goes for network metrics. By using universal terms, we are making it easier for users to understand and compare networks.

One of the main functions of the Citadel.one platform is participation in the PoS consensus — users can stake and delegate their assets, claim rewards, and follow the latest network proposals in the voting tab.

Citadel.one offers its users instant cryptocurrency exchange services that allow fast and secure crypto assets swap. It is also possible to buy and sell crypto with a credit or debit card. Citadel.one users can track rewards, withdrawals, transfers, and deposits across all supported networks and add comments to these transactions.

Among PoS platforms, Citadel.one supports BAND network($BAND) Secret Network ($SCRT), Cosmos ($ATOM), ICON ($ICX), IOST, Orbs, and Tezos ($XTZ). We also support Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Tether ($USDT) for our users’ convenience. Mobile and desktop versions, new networks, including Polkadot and Ontology, are scheduled for the upcoming updates. Furthermore, delving into the idea of true decentralization, we envision Citadel.one a decentralized autonomous organization and a genuinely community-owned platform in the nearest future.
