Citizens Advice Greater Manchester are committed to make it as easy as possible to access the help you need, when you need.

The Out of Hours Advice Service allows you to contact us by Telephone, SMS, and Facebook Messenger between 6pm and 9pm, 7 days a week.

Our new online referral form allows people to request a call back or email from one of our advisers. We want to make it as easy as possible to get the advice needed when people need it.

Facebook and data protection

Please be aware that in addition to your information being stored by Facebook as in accordance with the Terms of Service of your Facebook account, we will also copy and store your personal data (including any images you send us) separately and securely using our own case management system.
