Citizens Advice Greater Manchester are committed to make it as easy as possible to access the help you need, when you need.
The Out of Hours Advice Service allows you to contact us by Telephone, SMS, and Facebook Messenger between 6pm and 9pm, 7 days a week.

Do you use Facebook and need Advice?
You can now get advice by sending us a message to through Facebook. The icon should appear in the bottom right. Please ensure that you read our terms and conditions carefully and understand how we collect, store and protect your personal information — click here for details.
Please send us a message containing a brief outline of the problem. One of our expert advisers will respond within 24 hours.
Facebook and data protection
Please be aware that in addition to your information being stored by Facebook as in accordance with the Terms of Service of your Facebook account, we will also copy and store your personal data (including any images you send us) separately and securely using our own case management system.
