Does your favorite Bellevue business deserve recognition?

Former Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley speaks at an SBA Small Business Awards Luncheon in Baltimore. The Small Business Awards are an opportunity for national and regional business recognition.

Bellevue-area businesses are leading the way in developing completely new industries — like artificial intelligence and augmented reality. Restaurants are exploring creative new menus, and boutique retailers are nudging up against industry power players. But local businesses are also leading in community engagement, small business best practices, and continuous improvement.

The 2018 SBA Small Business Awards are a stellar opportunity to recognize a business — or an entrepreneur/business advocate — demonstrating a commitment to excellence. We’d like to see Bellevue among the winners.

If you know of a business, entrepreneur, or business advocate with an outstanding story to tell, submit your nomination today. Awards will be given on both a national and a regional basis, and companies or owners may self-nominate. The preliminary nomination deadline is Monday, December 18, so submit your favorites before it’s too late! Thank you to all of the small businesses which make Bellevue such a vibrant place to live and work, and good luck!
